It's all start with a girl name Mitsuna Miyamoto a high school girl living in a small town Itomori ,Japan.

Mitsuna did'nt like town and wants to become a guy who lives in tokyo in her next live . After this you will see her sudddenly switching body with a boy Taki Tachibana, a high school boy who lives in Tokyo.

I'll not tell you more or your suspense will die, the story depicts that true love can never die even if your brain forgets your  heart will still remember.
